Elliot Morton

Co-Founder and Director of FOURTEK

In 2020, Elliot co-founded FOURTEK with Billy McGuinness to carve a new path in the industry by delivering a higher calibre of service through collaboration and transparency. Elliot has served as the commercial lead on various projects across the UK, working as both a consultant and a contractor’s Quantity Surveyor. For the past eight years, has been a sole practitioner, offering advice and support to private clients, developers, contractors, and specialist subcontractors.

Billy McGuinness

Co-Founder and Director of FOURTEK

Billy has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. His career includes a successful stint at PM Group and a rise from Assistant Construction Manager to Head of Construction at a leading UK firm. Currently, Billy takes the lead in driving business growth and securing significant projects. Under his leadership, the company has achieved approximately £20 million in revenue across multiple sectors, emphasizing his strategic vision and industry expertise.
